New Features

Vishing

Cyberdise introduces Vishing, bringing voice phishing simulations into cybersecurity awareness training. Organizations can now run automated, AI-driven phone-based campaigns that simulate real-world social engineering attacks. Vishing Simulations are fully configurable with customizable voice and language options for a realistic, localized experience.

Built with compliance in mind, the feature includes consent management and auditable tracking, extending Cyberdise's simulation capabilities into one of today's fastest-growing attack vectors.

Relative Scheduling

Relative Scheduling allows campaign operators to control when training or phishing modules are delivered based on a user’s entry time into a campaign or the campaign start date. Instead of assigning fixed calendar dates, modules are scheduled using relative time offsets. A popular use case of this feature is an automated onboarding campaign for new employees.

Improvements

Disabling CSV User Import

CSV import for user group management can be disabled per tenant by a super-admin, preventing bulk user creation or modification via CSV uploads, ensuring stricter control over data ingestion and reducing the risk of unintended or unauthorized bulk changes.

Access controls for the user portal

Access controls for the User Portal have been strengthened, giving operators the ability to disable unique-link access and restrict login exclusively to SSO.
